Temple Real Estate completed a comprehensive interior and exterior tenant improvement project for Moe’s Southwest Grill located on Merle Hay Road in Des Moines. The 2,200-square-foot space was transformed through a full restaurant build-out, delivering a functional, efficient, and brand-aligned environment tailored to Moe’s operational needs.

The interior scope included complete construction of the kitchen and service line, dining area, restrooms, and all supporting infrastructure, ensuring a seamless flow for both staff and customers. On the exterior, Temple executed a façade remodel to enhance visibility and align the building with Moe’s recognizable branding, creating a strong presence along the corridor.
